As a first time home buyer, it is a very overwhelming and daunting task to find your home. When I first started working with Limor I was nervous, but she didn’t ask me to sign anything right away. She was there for me, provided options and got to know me and what I liked and wanted in my home. Note: Now that I’ve bought a place, I look back on the process and can say that she made things very very very easy. She “held my hand” through this from beginning to end. She got me in touch with a great lender, and negotiated an additional 10k credit from the seller. As an Auditor by trade, and a skeptic of any “sales types” I can say with 100% certainty that I would work with her again in the future. Limor is a literal SUPERSTAR! My husband and I are first time home buyers (though we’re familiar with the industry), have difficult schedules, and we’re both VERY picky.
